Gym & Tonic Squads puts the focus on small group training with specialised instructors. We keep the numbers small so instructors can give attention to each member of the squad! You will be around like-minded people of all fitness levels motivating each other. Your Squad instructor will help keep you on track and ensure you are exercising correctly and getting the most out of your training. Each squad session is unique and adapted to those taking part, ensuring you and your body don’t get bored.
