CORE & CURVES
Core & Curves is a complete body toning and conditioning class that incorporates a wide range of exercises and equipment. All exercises can be modified and adjusted depending on your strength and fitness levels.
Attending classes on a regular basis you will increase your fitness levels, tone your body and help you lose weight. Participants have found great results with the Core & Curves classes and combined with a varied diet, have managed to lose weight for weddings and holidays, maintained desired weight after their reaching it and also toned up after weight loss.
Exercises include box jumps, burpees, forward and side steps, squats, mountain climbers, lunges, side situps, boxercise and bicep/tricep curls using equipment such as step boxes, dumbbells and kettlebells.
