HATHA YOGA

A calm and meditative approach to traditional yoga. This class teaches physical postures. You probably won't work up a sweat in a Hatha yoga class, but you should end up leaving feeling longer, looser and more relaxed. In this class the teacher will ensure that each student is comfortable by using modifications of postures and appropriate props.
